Our core technology and the mechatronic integrated device for organic waste treatment have gone through a long period of time to form a coordinated working environment suitable for functional microbial communities to perform their degradation functions. At the same time, we design environmental protection equipment as much as possible. Scientific and humane.

Application situation or application prospects: With funding from the Shanghai City Science and Technology Commission and support from social forces, the Biotechnology Center of Fudan University has made use of its multidisciplinary advantages and its existing resource advantages in environmental protection technologies, and with the joint efforts of all parties, has achieved results with independent intellectual property rights in the development of ecological toilets and the various bacteria they require. After a long period of working with many companies engaged in the development of environmentally friendly products, we have successfully launched new environmentally friendly products-microbial degradable ecological toilets and organic domestic waste processors. Our research and development of "microbial degradable ecological toilets" is an optimized combination of core technology for functional microorganisms to degrade organic waste and mechatronics technology. The electromechanical device of the ecological toilet can automatically remove feces (Including feces, urine, and flushing water) are subjected to dry and wet separation. The solid part can be degraded by biological metabolic enzymes produced by functional microorganisms within 5-10 hours, and the degradation efficiency can reach more than 90%. The remaining solid residue is a good organic agricultural fertilizer that can be collected and compressed into odorless granular fertilizer for use as a substrate for ecological agriculture; The liquid part can be treated through decoloring, deodorization, filtration and other technologies to meet the secondary discharge water standard and can be recycled as water for flushing toilets. Therefore, the new generation of ecological toilets we have developed is a truly environmentally friendly toilet., eliminating the trouble of pumping manure every day.
