

Guided by the recycled concrete mix ratio design method, the project uses recycled aggregate and conventional cement-based cementitious materials to prepare recycled concrete municipal inspection cylinders through mix ratio allocation and optimization. The quality and substitution rate of recycled aggregate, and the binding material system and dosage and other factors affect their performance, and proposes the preparation technology of recycled concrete for municipal inspection cylinders. The appearance quality, strength, wall impermeability and bearing capacity of the recycled concrete municipal inspection wells produced meet the requirements of "Prefabricated Concrete Inspection Wells"(JC/T 2241), and the utilization rate of building solid waste reaches more than 75%, saving concrete costs. About 50 yuan/m3.
