It adopts anion exchange membranes and does not use precious metal catalysts. It has the characteristics of flexible response, high hydrogen production efficiency, and high purity. In particular, energy consumption control has reached the international advanced level. The development of Wenshi hydrogen energy has also attracted great attention in the industry. As the third-generation hydrogen production technology by electrolyzing water, it also avoids weaknesses such as ALK products and PEM products, and has advantages in electrolytic cell price, system life, system operation and maintenance, and environmental protection. The structural design of this new AEM electrolytic cell adopts a chassis-style installation method suitable for standard cabinets, allowing multiple stand-alone devices to be connected in parallel to achieve system integration of different scales. At the same time, the software management of the integrated system can realize functions such as data reading and recording of electrolyzed water hydrogen production equipment, equipment startup and shutdown control, operating status warnings and alarms, and equipment operation safety management. The control system is equipped with a human-computer interactive interface HMI, which reads electrolyzer information and can monitor equipment operation and realize remote control.
