The project belongs to the field of marine technology. Large offshore platforms weigh tens of thousands of tons and have been threatened by harsh marine environments for a long time. Once an accident occurs, it will cause heavy losses or even environmental disasters. Accurately monitoring platform performance and timely warning of operational risks are one of the most effective means to ensure platform security. Due to the harsh marine environment and the huge and floating platform system, how to achieve accurate, reliable and timely platform performance monitoring and safety warning is a worldwide problem that needs to be solved urgently in the field of ocean engineering. After 13 years of continuous research, the project team has broken through key technologies such as platform operating status monitoring, centralized control of multi-source monitoring information, platform safety early warning and operation support, and innovatively developed a series of instruments, equipment and software, forming my country's first large-scale offshore platform performance monitoring and safety early warning system has been successfully applied to many offshore platforms and large-scale projects at home and abroad. The main innovative achievements are as follows: 1. New methods and instruments for wave, structural stress and motion monitoring have been developed. Invented& ldquo; platform motion-relative wave height& rdquo; The decoupling algorithm eliminated the interference of the platform on wave measurement, and developed a ship-borne wave time series measuring instrument, which reduced the measurement error from 20% to less than 5%. For the first time, a structural stress response surface model based on wave load characteristics was proposed, breaking through The high-stress near-field monitoring technology with multiple measuring points in space solves the problem that high stresses in complex structures cannot be directly measured; A self-contained deepwater riser motion monitor has been developed, which has achieved non-destructive monitoring of in-service risers, with a maintenance-free time of up to three years, breaking foreign monopoly; the offshore installation docking guidance system has been invented, breaking through the construction of the optimal projection azimuth coordinate system, error control technologies such as platform feature contour matching, and hardware-in-the-loop pre-inspection have achieved centimeter-level positioning accuracy and are internationally leading. 2. Developed new technologies and equipment for centralized control of multi-source monitoring information on ocean platforms. A cross-scale multi-mode offshore platform monitoring data network has been established, breaking through adaptive frequency conversion acquisition and abnormal signal identification technologies, and realizing efficient data acquisition and directional distribution; an automatic data cleaning and repair technology based on the characteristics of offshore platforms has been proposed, with a delay of less than 0.1s, realizing the leap of offshore platform monitoring from ldquo; lag analysisrdquo; to ldquo; instant sensing rdquo;; breaking through technologies such as automatic fault repair of monitoring equipment and fully redundant collaborative collection, achieving continuous trouble-free operation at sea for more than 2 years. 3. Developed new theories and systems for marine platform safety early warning and operation support. A short-term prediction method for platform motion and mooring response driven by measured data is proposed, which realizes accurate judgment of operation windows and timely early warning of potential risks. A real-time fatigue damage assessment technology and system for key structures based on measured data is developed, realizing Structural safety identification and early warning; A multi-information fusion real-life reproduction operation support system based on human factors engineering has been invented, which is used for safety protection in various operations such as floating installation and drilling. It has been rated as the highest level in the industry by the international authoritative Norway Classification Society. The project authorized 35 invention patents, 13 software copyrights, and published 64 papers (50 SCI/EI). It is applied to 25 large marine platforms and naval equipment around the world such as the South China Sea, Bohai Sea, Persian Gulf, and German North Sea, with direct economic benefits reaching 740 million yuan. Ensure the operating safety of the ldquo; Offshore Oil 981rdquo; platform since it was in service for seven years, and complete drilling and completion operations in more than 30 deepwater oil and gas fields such as Xisha, Lingshui, and Liwan; support long-term safe production of five FPSOs including ldquo; Nanhai Endeavour;, ldquo; Offshore Oil 111rdquo; has completed all 8 dynamic positioning floating installation and monitoring projects around the world in the past three years, with a market share of 100%; used for monitoring the combat status of multiple key models of naval equipment to ensure the completion of major tasks. The project results have created a precedent for long-term maritime monitoring of large-scale marine platforms in my country, and have played an important role in demonstrating and leading the independent research and development of safety assurance technology for my country's deep-sea development equipment.
