

The demand for functional water-based coatings in my country is growing by more than 20% annually, and high-efficiency antibacterial and anti-adhesion coatings account for about 10% of the total coating market. For example, high-end equipment shells need to be coated with antibacterial and anti-adhesion coatings, and high-end equipment needs to be coated with fire-retardant coatings.
This project develops a multifunctional and intelligent antibacterial, anti-adhesion and flame-retardant coating, which can pass irradiation, antibacterial, decontamination, DBA and other tests to meet the technical requirements and meet the needs of ship facility protection and construction in the marine environment. It also studies the temperature and humidity changes of various antibacterial, anti-adhesion and flame-retardant coatings under extreme conditions (such as high temperature, low temperature, high pressure, water vapor, and seawater environment), and the antibacterial, anti-adhesion and flame-retardant mechanisms. Core technologies include the development of resins and the production of water-based coatings. Products include environmentally friendly high-efficiency antibacterial and anti-adhesion coatings, fire and corrosion resistant water-based coatings, and multifunctional water-based damping coatings.Water-based coating technology has obtained 10 authorized invention patents:
