External circulation anaerobic reactor ECAR: ECAR makes full use of anaerobic granular sludge technology to provide a sufficient upward flow rate for the reactor through external circulation, maintain the expansion of the granular sludge bed and mixing inside the reactor, and improve the processing efficiency of the reactor. High-concentration wastewater is pumped from the bottom of ECAR by the water distribution system and fully mixed with the anaerobic granular sludge in the reactor. Most of the organic matter is converted into biogas. The gas-liquid separation module achieves good separation of biogas, water and sludge. The biogas enters the biogas delivery system from the top, and the wastewater flows into the subsequent treatment system from the water outlet pipe, and the anaerobic sludge flows back to the sludge bed. It is suitable for the treatment of high-concentration organic wastewater such as starch wastewater, alcohol wastewater and other light industry foods.
