In the field of science and technology, this project belongs to aviation system engineering and aviation simulation test technology. In 2014, an innovation project was established within the Institute of China Aviation Radio Electronics, with project code: PM-12260-2014-043. Main technical innovation contents This project carries out research on agile testing technology for civil aircraft AFDX switches focusing on the development needs of high-integrity AFDX switches and the testing requirements of civil aviation related airworthiness certification clauses. Based on the AFDX network model, a set of use cases covering functional and performance testing has been built. Through appropriate use case screening and automated execution, efficient, rapid and continuous technical status feedback has been achieved. The main technical indicators are as follows: 176 test procedures have been formed, covering more than 700 test cases; more than 95% of the test procedures are automated; testing efficiency has been increased more than four times. This project is a technical research on the improvement design of test software from the aspects of improving test efficiency, ensuring test effectiveness, and improving test software reliability on the premise of meeting the test requirements of civil aircraft AFDX switches. On the one hand, through the reasonable design and encapsulation of network data modules and the structural design of test script logic, a reliable automated test framework is realized. On the other hand, a test case management library based on key network parameters has been established to achieve efficient maintenance of test cases, solve problems such as test case invalidity caused by various factors such as requirements changes and design changes, and timely design updates of test cases. In order to cope with frequent iterative testing in civil aircraft projects, ensure the correctness of product design changes, and avoid side effects caused by design changes on other modules. Intellectual property rights and application promotion This project has applied for 1 invention patent and has been authorized. The technical achievements of this project can meet the testing requirements of civil aviation high-integrity AFDX network switches and have been successfully applied in the AFDX network switch project of the C919 large passenger aircraft. Application practice has shown that the application of this technical achievement can significantly improve the testing efficiency of civil aircraft AFDX switches while ensuring the testing effectiveness of civil aircraft. It not only lays a solid foundation for ensuring product quality, but also conforms to the highly iterative testing needs of civil aviation equipment. In addition, the automated test framework design technology used in this project can be widely extended to the testing process of other network electronic products, and can be applied to military aviation, aerospace, ships, automobiles and other fields to improve social productivity.
