This project belongs to the field of automation technology. It is aimed at the current 3D printing technology facing insufficient localization of equipment and software, difficulty in meeting actual production needs, low printing efficiency, long time consuming, low precision, high cost and on-site rapid assembly difficulties. After years of hard research, the team has redesigned and developed several key components of 3D printers and a 3D printing product design simulation software platform with independent intellectual property rights based on FDM and SLS technologies. The main invention points are as follows: 1. Two types of transmission mechanisms were invented, namely, the H-type 3D printer transmission mechanism and the steel belt sealed scraper transmission system, which solved the automatic transmission problem of the 3D printer. The invention effectively avoids the shortcomings of the traditional transmission mechanism motor exposed and moving with the transmission table through the H-type traditional mechanism. By installing the motor under the base plate, the motor directly controls the movement of the nozzle and the traditional single scraper system sealed by the steel belt, powder materials are effectively prevented from entering the scraper transmission system. Solve the problems of wear of transmission parts, environmental pollution, and powder waste. 2. Invented a scraper device structure for a laser sintering 3D printer. The structure includes a left fixing mechanism connected to the left end of the blade and a right fine adjustment fixing mechanism connected to the right end of the blade, effectively eliminating the thread gap between the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve., making the 3D printer simple structural design, convenient adjustment, high precision, easy manufacture and assembly, and low cost. 3. A new 3D printer front and rear beam structure and a simple wire feeding structure have been designed. This design makes the 3D printer firmly connected, does not require tooling molds, and is convenient to install. It can achieve batch installation and ensure installation accuracy and enables the stepper motor to drive the wire. Feed or retract evenly without slipping. 4. Developed a product design simulation software for 3D printers. The software uses the reversible full adder ZS to eliminate most carry generation functions and carry transfer function through a new carry generation function and transfer function generator. The problem of carrying waiting allows the software to simulate and design multiple printing models at the same time, greatly improving the printing efficiency of 3D printers. Through the independent research and development of this project, we have obtained the rare 3D printer software and hardware systems with independent intellectual property rights in China, greatly reducing the cost of domestic 3D printers, and obtained 5 authorized invention patents, 2 utility model patents, and software copyrights. 1 item, 2 design items, and published 5 related academic papers. The key components designed and developed in this project are currently equipped in the Victory, Smart, and Supper series 3D printer products produced by the cooperative units, accounting for about 4% of the market share. The main promotion includes three main aspects: 1) The Victory series products produced are aimed at high-end intelligent manufacturing and sell high-precision 3D printers to production companies. Enterprises use 3D printers to print parts, saving production costs and improving the enterprise's intelligent manufacturing level. 2) The Smart225 and Supper series products produced are aimed at the life service field, using public network platforms such as Jingdong and Taobao to scan codes for users to customize and print daily necessities, such as toys, art and daily necessities. 3) The SmartEDU series products produced are aimed at the education field, and 3D printer laboratories have been established in universities, middle schools and primary schools across the country. The research and development of this project provides technical support to nearly a thousand companies, which helps promote the development of domestic additive manufacturing technology and narrow the gap between domestic and foreign countries. It has achieved good social benefits and popular science. In terms of economic benefits, the project completion units have sold more than nearly 100,000 3D printers in the past five years, with sales reaching more than 300 million yuan and profits exceeding 80 million yuan.
