How to not only improve urban functions and environmental quality, but also ensure the continuation of urban style and spatial characteristics during the renewal and transformation process of a high-density existing Urban area in a complex environment has become a major problem. This project lasted for more than ten years. Aiming at the current characteristics of high-density existing Urban area, such as high complexity, high sensitivity and multi-constraint, relying on major national and local science and technology plans, and through high-intensity collaborative research by industry, academia and research, a set of key technical system for urban organic renewal has been established based on the principles of minimizing and refining intervention, covering the entire chain of informatization assistance, planning, design, and construction. The innovative results achieved by the project are as follows: 1) Research and development of high-precision environmental information collection, intelligent management and visualization auxiliary application technologies to provide a digital foundation for urban renewal planning and construction: use a world-wide multi-machine collaborative network to establish a high-density complex Urban area three-dimensional model field with mm-level accuracy; developed a dynamic monitoring and early warning platform for the health and safety status of existing buildings and infrastructure; Seamless and efficient integration of BIM and GIS technology has been built to build methods and technologies such as a full life cycle management system for urban three-dimensional model information, a dynamic implantation platform for virtual simulation scenes based on a Mobile device and interactive augmented reality, optimizing and improving urban renewal planning and construction Decision management efficiency. 2) Propose all-element refined planning technical methods that integrate protection and renewal, and create an& ldquo; two plans in one& rdquo; Solve the problem of guiding and controlling small and micro renewal construction: for the first time, the same indicator system has been used to be compatible with the technical indicators oriented by renewal and construction and the main control elements oriented by urban protection at the statutory regulatory detailed planning level in my country; propose the refined planning of all elements of the built environment. Technical framework, creating a multi-department collaborative management technology platform, solves the problem of lack of guidance and control for small-scale dynamic renewal construction by traditional incremental urban planning technical methods; An automatic generation system from planning and construction indicators to three-dimensional space models has been developed, providing effective technical means for adjusting and balancing the relationship between protection intensity and renewal intensity. 3) Create refined construction technology for the built environment under multiple constraints and sensitive conditions to minimize the impact of renewal and construction activities on the existing Urban area spatial environment and daily operations: develop building construction technology and equipment under high spatial constraints, solving the problem of impossible construction or inefficient operation in the underground space of the existing Urban area and low-narrow space of the existing building in the past; It has developed comprehensive renewal, development and construction technology and equipment for the renovation of existing buildings, solving the problem of not shutting down commercial facilities with large traffic in a high-density Urban area during the renovation and renovation; developed low-cost and efficient environmental restoration technology and equipment, solving the problem of serious environmental pollution during the transformation of existing industrial land in an existing Urban area.
