County establishment by design is centered on design services, led by universities, relying on governments, enterprises, design institutions and creative parks to build platforms to carry out industrial integration, use design to enhance the innovation capabilities of enterprises with regional characteristics, realize industrial upgrading and transformation, stimulate the regional economy, and shape The comprehensive image of the region, this research provides a path to solve problems for industrial upgrading, is a model innovation, and forms a scientific and systematic theoretical system.
In 2009, East China University of Science and Technology formed a team led by Professor Cheng Jianxin to work closely with Trojan Horse Industrial Design, Baoying Science and Technology Bureau and Debiyi Garden to fully launch the "Design County" plan. Currently, the plan has been implemented in East China. Six counties and cities have been promoted, and its influence has radiated to Guizhou and Hainan, attracting widespread attention from local counties.
This project belongs to the field of science and technology, including design services, modern design theory, industrial integration regional economic theory, and ergonomics.
The main scientific research contents include: (1) Proposing the concept of "establishing a county by design" and designing an organizational structure that combines "industry, academia and application" to establish a clearly targeted model group. (2) Collaborate with social design forces to tap regional culture, give full play to the advantages of regional characteristic industries, and create regional characteristic brands and regional characteristic industries with distinctive personalities. (3) Seize the integrated development of design services and industries, build a docking platform for design and manufacturing, shorten the service cycle of design innovation, and optimize resource allocation. (4) Build a multi-level design service system, determine the enterprise level through the Yangtze River Delta design service outsourcing platform, and provide targeted design services. (5)Focus on product prototype innovation, reduce the innovation risks of design companies and achieve design effect evaluation through the virtual augmented reality pilot test platform and the Kansei Engineering Design Effect Evaluation Center. (6) Build a brand communication and user consumption behavior analysis database to promote regional brand communication.
Compared with similar products at home and abroad, this project has the following characteristics: (1) Excellent industrial research capabilities and design management functions, advanced design service models, and the level improvement of the county economy through top-level design for the redistribution of social resources. (2) Provide at least 10 types of models to serve the industrial transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing, so that design serves the needs of enterprises with a high degree of positive correlation, and is leading and forward-looking. (3) Achieve "customization" of design services based on enterprise needs, user evaluation of design effects, pilot trials of original products and research reports on design human resources. (4) Wide-caliber, multi-level design services, providing systematic design and integrated communication from product to brand. (5) Flexibility, diversity, convenience and efficiency of service models to increase production capacity and output value scale.
Innovation points: (1) A model structure that combines government, universities, and social resources has been constructed: with the help of government support and the intellectual advantages of colleges and universities, we will collaborate with social design forces to explore, interpret and innovate local and regional cultures, and give full play to the advantages of regionally characteristic industries., promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, and create regionally characteristic brands with distinctive personalities. (2) Design the system in the form of a modern industrial chain to realize demand matching, service matching, channel matching, and market matching, forming a new design service and industrial integration model, forming a virtuous cycle, and allowing the value of design to be truly realized in the industry. (3) Carry out multi-level and multi-dimensional design services based on the current economic development status of enterprises at different levels and different regions, and condense the "Ten Models of Designing Counties."
Application and promotion status: Strategic cooperative relationships have been established with six counties and cities in East China, and more than 1000 products have been developed. Regional brand marketing centers have been established in Shanghai, Guangdong, Yiwu and other places, and economic benefits have been improved. Baoying alone has boosted sales by 500 million yuan and added profits and taxes by 70 million yuan in the past three years. Design companies that have benefited from the design-county model have an added output value of 63.8 million yuan. In 2014, he participated in the Canton Fair for the first time, with a contract amount of 130 million yuan. It was reported by authoritative media such as Liberation Daily, Wen Wei Po, and First Finance and Economics, and was selected into the Shanghai Design Capital Innovation Model Exhibition.
