As the scale of the network continues to expand, the collection and maintenance of computing data has become a complex systematic project, and unified management must be strengthened. It is required to formulate calculation data management methods for East China Power Grid as soon as possible, establish a unified calculation data management platform, and provide calculation data that meets various needs. This project aims to solve the problems of decentralized management of equipment operating parameters, unclear sources, poor uniqueness and reliability, and at the same time strengthen the management of the maintenance of provincial and municipal survey calculation data. The project has established a unified data management platform for power grid computing, and developed four application functions: basic data management, network source coordination management, operation mode management and online application management, realizing centralized, unified, platform-based and process-based management of computing data.
The following innovative results have been achieved: (1) A unified data management platform for East China Power Grid computing has been established for hierarchical maintenance and unified sharing of dispatching computing data among provinces (cities). (2) A data management architecture method based on dispatch naming as unique equipment identification is proposed, and a basic equipment parameter library targeting equipment in the entire East China network is established, realizing the process of computing data from planning, operation, technological transformation, and retirement throughout the life cycle. management. (3) The project has established a strict modeling workflow for basic equipment, network source parameters, and operation methods, realizing the unified process management of basic equipment, network source parameters, and operation methods for provincial network dispatch for the first time. (4) An automatic splicing method for the operation modes of East China Power Grid is proposed, and distributed collaborative processing of the operation modes of the power grid and provinces is realized for the first time. (5) Developed calculation software for thermal stability limits, realizing the automatic calculation of stability limits under normal mode, maintenance mode, and multiple faults for the first time, effectively improving the work efficiency of professional calculation of operation mode. (6) Based on the unified database of East China Power Grid calculation, the automatic generation function of program data that meets the requirements of power flow, stability, and short circuit calculations is realized. (7) Use the actual topology information and basic equipment parameters of the power grid to form a historical operation mode for calculation, and provide effective support means for system operation to carry out calculation research based on the actual power grid operation mode. (8) Formulated the "Operation and Management Regulations on the Unified Data Management Platform for East China Power Grid Calculation" and the "Standardized Template for Filling in Model Parameters of Generator, Excitation, PSS, and Speed Control Systems of East China Power Grid", realizing standardized management of calculation data and operation methods of East China Power Grid.
Through the construction of a unified computing data management platform, the East China Branch Center has achieved standardized management of East China Power Grid's computing data and operation methods, effectively improving the work efficiency of professional computing in system operation.
