This project belongs to the technical field of new energy vehicle electronics and key components. For a long time, due to the complex technology of bus safety electronic control systems, high reliability requirements for actuators, and poor consistency of supporting vehicle control systems, my country's domestic high-power automatic mechanical transmission AMT(Automated Mechanical Transmission) product technology for urban buses is still in a blank space. At present, the products rely on imports, and there is the problem of poor adaptability of domestic bus supporting facilities, which has greatly restricted the development of the R & D and industrialization of my country's high-power bus AMT. With the advancement of public transportation priority and green travel in smart cities, it is urgent to improve the technical level of automatic mechanical transmission of urban buses, build a driving safety system for buses, and further energy conservation and emission reduction. In 2009, we joined forces with Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. and other units to apply for major national scientific and technological research projects,"Research on Key Technologies of Urban Bus Hybrid Powertrains" and "Technological Research on Industrialization of Yuchai Medium Hybrid Powertrains for Passenger Cars" 863 project, which achieved major breakthroughs in key technologies in the fields of electronic control and key component technology of urban bus AMT. All-round and multi-level self-learning and torque following control methods were proposed, a shift model based on fuzzy control theory was established, and a fully intelligent electronic control unit TCU and a mechanical transmission system based on a screw nut and cam structure were developed. The entire industrial research and development process from basic research, reliability and environmental testing, to vehicle supporting calibration and development has been completed. Industrial problems such as complex electronic control systems, high reliability requirements for actuators, and poor vehicle supporting consistency have been overcome. It has broken the monopoly of foreign technology, created domestic independent brands, and possessed complete independent intellectual property rights. The main technological innovation contents and characteristics of this project: 1) For the first time in China, a comprehensive and multi-level online automatic coordination intelligent correction self-learning strategy has been proposed. Based on the coupled coordinated control theory, different modes of self-learning within the entire product life cycle suitable for transmission factory debugging, user use, and after-sales maintenance have been developed. The learning strategy solves the problem of inconsistent control objects caused by differences in mechanical parts through coupled coordinated correction of real-time control, and effectively makes up for the lack of consistency of domestic transmissions. 2)A clutch control algorithm based on torque following has been proposed for the first time in China. It intelligently controls the disengagement, engagement positions and precise speed of the clutch through active damping methods to achieve smooth and rapid start and compliant shifting, effectively reduce clutch heating and wear, and extend the service life of clutch friction plates., solves the problem that the clutch plates of bus transmissions wear quickly and need to be replaced frequently. 3)A mechanical transmission system based on a leadscrew nut and cam structure has been created in China. Compared with the commonly used turbine worm structure, the mechanical efficiency has increased by 25% to more than 75%, effectively reducing the energy consumption of the drive motor. Rapid response and accuracy are achieved through the completely independently developed electronic control unit TCU intelligent control, which solves the action delay of commonly used pneumatic and hydraulic AMT systems, and eliminates the need for hydraulic and pneumatic devices, making the vehicle's supporting layout more convenient. The project has authorized 11 patents and software copyrights, and published 2 papers. The Shanghai Science and Technology Novelty Search Consulting Center found no documents or patents corresponding to the key technologies designed and adopted by the project. The research content of this project is novel.& quot; Since 2011, this project has been equipped in batches with Xiamen Jinlong, Zhengzhou Yutong, Youth Bus, Guangzhou Bus, etc., and has been widely used in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Guiyang, Kunming, Chongqing and other places, with a mileage of more than 120,000 kilometers and good performance. As of 2013, about 1300 units have been sold, with an added output value of 59 million yuan and an added tax revenue of 7.1 million yuan. It is the largest AMT product produced and sold in China, making important contributions to the leap-forward development of my country's new energy vehicle field.
