The technology relates to a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy laser-clad petroleum drill pipe joint. The surface of the drill pipe joint is provided with a layer of laser-clad wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy coating. The coating can effectively protect the drill pipe joint, effectively prevent wear and corrosion, and improve the service life of the drill pipe joint.
The key to this technology is a variety of cladding alloy powder formulas and a matching laser cladding process parameter library, which can be applied to the surfaces of flat plates, shafts, plungers and other rotary parts, and other special-shaped parts. The technology adopts excellent alloy powder components and adopts an optimized laser cladding process to prepare the wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating on the drill pipe joint. The powder cost is low, the processing efficiency is high, and the automation is easy. The prepared coating has good shape, dense organization, and uniform composition., no cracks, its thickness can be accurately controlled within the range of 0.3-1.5mm, and the wear and corrosion resistance of the cladding layer is improved by 2 times. The cladding layer does not need to completely cover the entire surface of the drill pipe joint. It only needs to be cladding 30-50mm wide on the easy-to-wear strips at both ends of the joint cylinder.
