Solution details
Organic soybeans are first mechanically processed and then carefully deoiled by cold pressing. Then heat treatment is carried out with steam. Compared to our competitor's bean cakes, we thus retain protein solubility while effectively reducing anti-nutritional factors (ANF). Short-term sanitation is performed at the end of the processing process. This allows us to ensure maximum product safety. We granulate bean cakes to reduce the surface area and prevent the invasion of microorganisms.
